The Cherry app recruiting materials describe a video-chat platform where users pay to talk with hosts. Hosts earn diamonds from video calls, match calls and gifts. Diamonds have a stated value of 10,000 diamonds = $1, and they can be withdrawn once a minimum balance is reached.
Alongside hosts, the platform runs an agency system. A Cherry agency brings hosts onto the platform and receives a weekly commission based on those hosts' earnings, using a tiered schedule from 15% to 40%.

The policy sets commission by tier. The rate depends on how much the agency's hosts earn in a week: 15% at the $300+ tier, rising to 40% at the $10,000+ tier. Most agencies will not be at the top rate, and nothing is stated for weeks below $300.

The same document uses a 10% rate in its worked examples, which does not match this table. We have not confirmed how the tiers are applied or what rate applies below $300. The agency registration guide explains these points in detail.
Hosts earn diamonds for each type of activity. The rates below are the figures stated in the recruiting policy. The condition beside each one matters as much as the figure itself.

10,000 diamonds are worth $1. To find the dollar value of any balance, divide the number of diamonds by 10,000. For example, 250,000 diamonds is $25.
The stated host minimum withdrawal is 100,000 diamonds ($10). Hosts and agencies can request withdrawals. The policy says requests are reviewed within three working days, and payment follows approval. Bank transfer is listed as a payment method, and holidays can cause delays.
A review within three working days is not the same as money arriving in your bank in three days. We have not seen a guaranteed arrival time.
