Withdrawals & payments
Cherry App Withdrawal Rules and Payment Policy
Hosts and agencies can request withdrawals. The stated host minimum is $10 (100,000 diamonds). Requests are reviewed within three working days, and payment follows approval. A review within three working days is not a promise that money reaches your bank in three days.

Review first, then payment
A Cherry app withdrawal happens in two separate stages:
- Review. Your request is checked. The policy says this happens within three working days. Weekends and holidays are not working days, so a request made before a weekend or holiday can take longer.
- Payment. Once a request is approved, payment is made. The policy does not say how long a bank transfer takes after approval. Your bank's processing time is separate again.
"Reviewed within three working days" is not the same as "money in your bank within three days." We have not seen a guaranteed arrival date, and approval itself is not guaranteed.

Host and agency withdrawals
Hosts
Hosts can request a withdrawal once their balance reaches 100,000 diamonds ($10). The policy describes hosts as receiving their payments directly.
Agencies
Agency commission is credited to the agency wallet every Monday. Agencies can then request a withdrawal, which follows the same review-then-payment process. We have not confirmed a separate minimum withdrawal for agencies.
What the policy does not tell us
The supplied documents don't answer the following questions, so we don't guess. Ask us to confirm any of them before you rely on a payment:
- Whether any withdrawal fee or charge applies
- Which exchange rate or deduction applies when paying into a non-USD account
- Which identity or bank documents the platform asks for
- Which countries and banks are supported
- How long payment takes to arrive after approval
- Whether payment methods other than bank transfer are offered
- The minimum withdrawal for agency wallets
Policy violations can affect your balance and your account. Read the Cherry payment-related rules and bans.
